Alley Cat opened in August of 2003 and has since grown to be one the most eclectic cafes in Northern Colorado. Our diverse community is constantly evolving, and acts as a home away from home for all types of dreamers. The atmosphere truly has a one-of-a-kind feel.
The Cat is the perfect spot to enjoy your early morning caffeine fix, famous house chai, freshly made sandwiches & burritos, to-die-for pastries, all day & late night studying, musical ambience handpicked by your favorite baristas, a vast selection of in-house board games and acoustic guitars… and on and on.
